Our Therapy Center helps you rebuild your strength and regain mobility. You can take advantage of our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Transitional Care services, providing skilled nursing care and a fully equipped therapy center with a therapy pool and more.

In the privacy of your own apartment, you can receive help with the activities of daily living, including companionship, medication management, bathing, dressing and more. You pay only for the care you need from our Home Care staff.

Memory Care is provided in the Emmanuel Nursing Home and The Cottage Assisted Living. Our Memory Care staff members receive specialized training in caring for people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions.
